Spasso Ristorante Wine Bar - San Carlos

One of my favorite San Carlos restaurants and I am a long time regular. My favorite dish hands down is the Grilled Salmon; its perfectly cooked every time, even when delivered. I also love the Spaghetti Bolognese and Warm Napa Cabbage Salad. The last two can occasionally be slightly too salty for my taste, but not enough to deter me, LOL! (note to Chef)

For some reason got beef spring rolls without anything resembling portabella mushrooms, but the sausage rigatoni was spectacular. Perfectly al dente even being delivered, with a spicy kick from the sausage that complements the cream of the sauce. I dont normally order pasta for delivery, but this was so worth it.

Took a while to receive so suffered from typical delivery issues. But good flavors. Wild Mushroom Ravioli portion was on the small side; Sausage Rigatoni was more generous. They include bread and oil&vinegar for dipping.

Great pasta dishes but really needs some finely grated parmesan cheese over it to complete the dish IMO!

New years of food. No rez. Had perfectly grilled salmon. Beautiful, well valued wine list. Would definitely recommend.
