Bj's Brewhouse - San Bruno

My steak came out undercooked sent it back to the kitchen. Took 30 minutes to get my steak back. My whole family was already done with their meal. Then, when he comes back, he forgot that we even needed to still order our cookies that came with our meals was only checked on win I rose my hand otherwise nobody came back to cheack on us Not stroller friendly either or the waiter didn’t bother to consider any inconvenience we where having and a family of 8 sat at a table made for 4 Ya I won’t come here again or ever suggest coming to this location the drinks kinda suck

Terrible customer service. I tried to order to-go at the pickup window two different people say they will be right back and don’t actually come back. Stood there for at least 10 minutes with no one to help me. So I left.

I really love the crafted sodas, that are served at BJ's. They are best known for their beers, but they have excellent sodas. Such as root beer, vanilla cream, orange cream, black cherry etc. I believe they are made with real sugar and very tasty. I do wish the carbonation was ramped up though. They tend to be kind of flat, sometimes.The food here is very good, and there is so much to select from on the menu. I went here last night, just for appetizers. I ordered the avocado egg rolls, which is a classic favorite of many. The tamarind dipping sauce that the rolls come with is so delicious. Bright and tangy, sweet and mouth-watering. I was thinking the rolls would have been better off, having some type of cheese inside, that is flavorful and stands out, such as feta or cotija.Vegetarian options: Plenty here to choose from for vegetarians.Parking: So many parking spots to take over.

I love your BBQ Chicken pizza is normally perfection. But this one time it has very little sauce and it was sliced poorly. But I’m still giving you 5 stars because normally you’re perfect

Horrible waiter. Didn’t even speak a word to us. Had to ask for everything and he just dropped and walked off.
