Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Bernardino

Came here today, for the first time with Chipotle. The atmosphere is friendly, the workers are friendly, efficient and fast. The chef behind the counter was sweet Lol and the “new steak” Burrito was BOMB. Very tasteful, quite full and the red sauce is spicy as I like. Good work

Food is what you can expect from Chipotle. Had to give this particular location a low rating. Probably due to staffing shortages, but the counter area is not up to standards. Food is all over the counter, and the dining area is dirty. It's been like this on several visits. Expect transients inside and out. This time one was inside digging through the trash. Pretty uncomfortable atmosphere.

My son's school had a fundraiser at this location from 4-8. They were out of guacamole (for the rest of the day), watermelon limeade, ice (machine not working properly), the utensils were not stocked (no forks or knives) and the other noncarbonated drinks were not replenished. If your business is going to participate in a fundraiser, you should prepare better and be well stocked on your popular featured items.

They came low at 6:00 and the meat looked too dry. Other then the service was ok

Food was not warm. Not an impressive place. Price was HIGH. Over twenty dollars for a burrito and drink. Only extra was avocado. I will say the new guajillo steak did taste good. Wish it was warm.
