Very very good hotel. Had the Goethe Suite with whirlpool. Very large, clean and separate living area. Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast was excellent, anyone who finds something to complain about is probably in the wrong hotel category. It's also incomprehensible when someone writes that the good reviews are bought. We booked as normal via the website, two nights in the peak summer season in the suite as mentioned including breakfast for 600 euros. A really good price for Lake Garda. Of course you can also choose cheaper room categories, but then you shouldn't complain if you get a dark room. You get what you pay for. It's like that everywhere. Wellness area small and completely sufficient. Great outdoor pool and pool bar also available.

Nella da dire sulla camera, grande , accogliente e pulita, colazione abbondante, per quanto riguarda la spa è troppo piccola e affollata, non ci sono abbastanza lettini da poter permettere a tutti di usufruirne, siamo rimasti giusto 30 minuti in spa perché una volta finito il percorso siamo rimasti in piedi non essendoci lettini liberi. Weekend stay for couples (Friday and Saturday) Very beautiful structure, it has details that give a personal and warm touch to the environment. Professional and friendly reception staff. Reception open 24 hours a day. Our room was spacious, high ceiling, large bathroom with a large shower (very comfortable). Impeccable cleanliness of the spaces, as well as the rearrangement of the room as a remainder. Pay attention to the environment with glass water bottles and dispensers in the bathroom. Breakfast is served in the InChiostro restaurant. Breakfast is rich and features both sweet and savory products. The breakfast staff were kind and attentive. Nice wellness center with spa. The spa is small but has a sauna, Turkish bath, small hot tub, emotional showers and relaxation room with some herbal teas. The environment is intimate, I personally liked the atmosphere. The girl at the wellness center is nice, kind and very prepared and competent. I had a nice 1 hour massage! I felt pampered The hotel has a small fitness room with only cardio machines and then weights and mats for bodyweight exercises. The structure also has a 15 minute car park for check in, a very large outdoor car park and an underground one. Breakfast, spa entry and parking were all included in the rate. Very happy with our stay and we will definitely be back!

Spacious and clean room. Nice but overcrowded spa during a week in January. Bought the room with the terrace and discovered on site that it is shared with the room next door. We had to wait 30 minutes beyond the check in time so we were offered a 15 minute partial massage, but as there was only one masseuse the couple massage was not available, leaving one of us alone. Rooms: 4

Discovered almost by chance, we stayed only 2 days in the winter. We will definitely try it also in summer for the swimming pool and visiting the lakefront. Clean and large rooms (but the balcony shared with others... . The card that opens the room and the garage sometimes doesn't work. The SPA is beautiful but as it is it doesn't allow you to relax properly: very noisy because the showers and hydromassage are 2 meters from the relaxation room. Let's add that the usual rude people can't speak but have to shout as if they were at the local market!!! This is why more checks are needed by the staff.
