This family owned hotel restaurant was a great find in San Jose the owner receptionist was delightful and attentive. The rooms, and grounds were well appointed and clean. The steakhouse put out an awesome meal in the evening and a fresh breakfast in the morning. You won't a better place.

Best deal in San Jose, close to airport, really comfortable and spacious rooms, superb restaurant, and convnient/safe parking.

As an alternative to the main airport hotels, this is amazing. Great price for the room booking direct on their website. Large tidy rooms, clean, wonderful steakhouse. Very quiet and only 14mins from the airport and 6,000cr cab fair.

Rave! A special gem of a place in San Jose! The hotel has such a nice character to it and the grounds and rooms were very clean. You can tell the staff has a sense of pride for this well established and cared for building. It feels like a mini resort more so than a boutique hotel. We also ate at the steakhouse for dinner and had breakfast the next morning. The food was deliciously prepared and waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Prices for stay and food very reasonable for what you get. Our room and W.C. were very spacious. Beds were quite comfortable with a soft, medium, and stiff pillow provided. Small playground for kids, pool, gym, tennis court, pool table. Lots of small sitting areas around the hotel to enjoy. We had at late flight day of checkout and they were very accommodating allowing use of the space after checkout (of course we asked nicely upon check in). This place was a perfect ‘Pura Vida’ experience for my family on our last day in Costa Rica.

Probably best Steak House in the country, low key, no airs graces just top quality steaks good service
