Wendy's - San Antonio

Usually you love this place. About 5 minutes ago kicked through the ride and made the mistake not to check the food. They said they had no salad. All right. Go back to work and find that my sandwich has no tomatoes or bacon. Not worth the $3. Oh, and her phone's not connected so I can't even talk about it. I'm at a short lunch, so the return is not an option.

Customer service was great. Waiting wasn't long. But either someone doesn't know how to count nuggets, or they were just careless. I ordered two 10-part regular Nugget meals, one came with six nuggets, the other with nine. I also ordered a sixth Spicy that came with seven nuggets. They got the four pieces regular counting right! And my fries were beautiful and fresh.... But I want to get the biggest thing I paid for.

The food was cold. When I got into my car, my burger looked like he was sitting for 20 minutes. Nuggets were also cold. Not God.

Omg , this is the gnarliest Wendy's I've ever been too. The carpet was dirty ,there was water spilled on the floor. No one has swept . The bathrooms were dirty as well. There was no toilet paper ,just napkins. I hadn't walked into a Wendy's in years ,and now I know why. This place is severely understaffed ,and needs a makeover.
