Wah Kee - San Antonio

This place is good. Ordered beef fried rice. They have a cool looking silver fish in the tank and I could not take my eyes off of it. They said it was an expensive fish.

This place used to be great but now it is just awful. The food is tasteless, they don't even give condiments, or fortune cookies. My last order was Dan Dan noodles which were completely uncooked. It was a few vegetables with a little sauce and what appeared to be uncooked ramen. My husbands pork lo menu was also tasteless. The star is for the egg rolls which although good, did not come with any sauce to put on them.

I had this delivered by Uber Eats. The food was done fast and was very flavorful. Each dish had its own unique flavors. The hunan chicken was mildly spicy and could have been a bit more. The hot and sour soup was great and the perfect size for one (small). The fried rice was also great. I like that each main dish comes with a choice of fried rice or white rice. This saves you from having to order it separately. Be mindful, if having this delivered, they don't provide any utensils.

I bought delivery at lunch time and was a great price for what you get. I got the General Tso lunch that included rice, soup, an egg roll and a Cheese ragoon. I picked the fried rice and wonton soup. Portion was great and the food was too. The only thing I have to deduct a star for was that I requested the chicken to be mild, not spicy but it came spicy. Was still good but very spicy so I couldn't eat all of the chicken. Other than that I would definitely order from here again. This is my third try for Chinese food in San Antonio, TX, since I'm new, and this was a winner. Just wish I took a picture before I ate but I was so hungry I didn't even think of it. Haha

Once again! I can not say enough,.... Just an amazing restaurant. Their service is five star and the chef is next level.. I'm gonna miss this place so much. I'm so glad I got to spend the first of the 2024 with you guys.
