Stone Werks Big Rock Grille, Lincoln Heights

Food is always good. Manager was rude and did a CASH refund while.i was eating OYSTERS.

Okay you all. I try my best to be fair with reviews. So Stone Werks has quite a few location around the city. They are all very big venues and beautifully decorated. However the food is still the same. I’m sorry to say it’s not good in my opinion. The establishments are big enough to have a large party but food wise I’m gonna say no. I have been to the Lincoln heights location and the one in La Cantera area and to me the food is pricey and lacks flavor. This time I went to the Lincoln heights location. Unfortunately, I paid $60 for my meal with app, entree and 2 drinks. Which I did not finish. The food took quite a long time to come out. When I say long we’re talking about 30 minute’s. Which I have no problem with but, when the entree came out it was burnt and hard. The app was fine. The second drink was not good. I left it there barely touched. You could see it was still full. I will say this be cautious when going here. Expect to pay a pretty penny for food that may not be worth the amount. The atmosphere is beautiful but I do not believe for me it’s worth the price. Check it out for yourself you may like the food and have better experiences than I have with this establishment.

The beyond meat burger was delicious ? Vegetarian options: Pizza....Beyond Meat burgers.

Second time coming here, always a great experience. Service is always great and food never disappoints.

Food was delicious, and the server tried to make up for how long it took for us to simply be acknowledged once sat by the host, which was a surprise since it was mostly dead on a rainy weekday night. Drinks are ridiculously overpriced. I asked multiple times for plastic/ to go items for my 4 yr old instead of regular utensils, cups, napkins, etc, but was either forgotten or ignored. The kids ' spaghetti and large meatball was pretty disappointing size wise but was yummy. My panko crusted red snapper wasn 't deep fried but pan fried... my mistake for not clarifying that with my server. Only had a couple bites, but it was delicious, as were my green beans. However when at home I was NOT happy about the rest of the fish because for some reason the skin was left on, was really rubbery and I had to peel it off which took off all the wonderful crunchy panko!! Just really bummed our rare night out turned out to be such an expensive regret for us. Could have just been an off night for the staff, but I definitely won 't ever return unless I win the lotto lol ; Kid friendliness: not really kid friendly
