Starbucks - San Antonio

I frequent this location quite often, even though they're located in an awkward spot off Broadway. It's a nice hidden spot to study and the staff are always so friendly. On my most recent visit, I accidentally did a mobile order to the wrong location. No fret, the friendly staff still made my drink so I wouldn't have to drive to the other location. Hopefully, an employee at the other location was able to enjoy my drink due to my blunder.

This Starbucks is great. Everyone here is so nice, and always helpful!!

Never have breakfast sandwiches so we don't bother getting our coffee or tea there either!!!

Please don't give your customers a substitute without informing them that you are out of the product they ordered, then offering a substitute. If I ask for a Pike, don't give me an Americano. There is a huge difference in taste and it is quite disappointing to take a first sip of the wrong coffee. The person working the drive-thru was nice, so that is why I am giving 2 stars and not 1.

This location by far is the best service I've ever received at any Starbucks! I am new to the San Antonio area and I will pass 4 Starbucks just to drive 20 mins to this one. It's out of my way but the superb and impeccable service, it's worth it. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. This is my new preferred location!
