Papa Johns Pizza - San Antonio

Merry Christmas! Stopped and was rejected service because they were busy. It didn't matter how long I was waiting. I will avoid this place moving forward because they seem to worry about their work. Food: 1/5

I'm livid. I've been ordering this place for years every week or two and never had any problems. The last two orders were a mess. The first time that my order was left outside my door on a table in cold weather was not a door bell that didn't ring anything, so when I checked the app and saw outside, it was cold. This time they deliver half of my order the box is not sealed and I miss a whole pizza. I call the manager to inform him about the problem and that my box is not sealed and he said that they are processed from stickers to breathe as if he is challenged. He then says we can now start making your pizza and says we don't have any delivery drivers, so it will take a while, I just waited for almost 1 1/2 hours for cold pizza. Smh. I'm so disappointed. The company has to help them. I'm pretty sure this manager has been there for a while and he did a great job because I never had problems in the past, but staff shortage and employee turnover should never affect the customers.

Rude workers in this place. Wingen to order. The cashier makes an angry noise and then ask me what you want. I'm like nothing after your attitude. will never come back

Pizza was cold I did not receive my full order. I called to the manager and he had a bad attitude! I asked for his superior and he put Joe Ximenez on the phone that was worse than the manager. Neither one looked after my experience or even the problem. He was in a hurry to get me off the phone, then hanged while I was talking. Terrible customer service and terrible food. I would give them zero stars if it were possible.

The pizza is amazing, but I had to wait an hour to get our order even though I placed the order online a day in advance.Food: 5/5
