Mod Pizza - San Antonio

MOD pizza is quickly becoming a favorite for me. I love the Caspian pizza! Fast service and always delicious. I have ordered for dine in and enjoyed the indoor sitting ambiance, but I also love to use door dash as well.

Mod pizza is great for lunch. Crispy thin crust pizza at 11'. Plenty of great options to choose from. I got the Calexico (Buffalo chicken the cheese was gooey really good flavor and a drizzle of Buffalo on top. It did not stand a chance. My son got the Mad dog (pepperoni, cheese, sausage. We were not disappointed. Oh, and you can grab a beer here too!

Our first time here and I like that you can pick your own toppings to put on your pizza . It reminds me of subway just pizza,lol . Great customer service and my pizza was really fresh and delicious.

My recent experience with a pizza order has left me severely disappointed and frustrated. Upon arrival at the restaurant, I was informed that my order had been given to the wrong guest. Although the staff assured me that they would replace the meal promptly, this promise was soon broken when my meal was mistakenly given away again after it had been placed in the oven.Eventually, my order was provided once more, but to my dismay, it was plated for dining in, despite my explicit request for it to be taken to-go. This level of incompetence was simply unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the pizza itself was badly burnt, rendering it inedible. Frustrated and dissatisfied, I immediately discarded the drink that had been included in the order.As a regular customer of this establishment, I had always expected more from their service. However, this recent experience has left me with little confidence in their abilities. The fact that they were unable to handle such a simple task as a pizza order accurately and efficiently is a clear indication that their staff lacks proper training in customer service.Considering the high prices charged at this establishment, I find it unacceptable that they fail to invest in additional training for their staff. As a result, I have made the decision to not only withhold any further patronage, but also to share my negative experience with others. If possible, I would rate this experience with zero stars as a reflection of the complete lack of professionalism and customer care demonstrated by this establishment. A higher standard must be upheld, especially when customers choose to dine with regularity.

The pizza is always good, fresh, not burnt (made to order). The “no name cake” is always a plus (think of a delicious chocolate ding dong but better). They have a nice beverage selection (they have milk and apple juice for the kids, so that’s nice!)The staff is sometimes friendly, but mostly effective and the restaurant is generally clean.
