Market On Houston - San Antonio

After visiting this restaurant four times, solely because they offer complimentary parking when you dine there and attend a show at the Majestic, we have decided we will not be returning. Despite having a reservation, we noticed that those without reservations were given better tables. On our first three visits, we received significant discounts because the kitchen was unable to serve food in a timely manner, causing us to miss the beginning of the show. During our most recent visit, we decided to only order salads and soup instead of entrees. Unfortunately, my salad was almost inedible due to the extremely spicy dressing, and my wife's Caesar salad was made with inappropriate greens. Additionally, she was charged for a bowl of soup when she only received a cup. The service was lacking, with long wait times and the staff seeming overwhelmed. Overall, the experience was far from the value of free parking and definitely not worth returning for.

We had a wonderful meal before heading to The Lighted Christmas River Parade. The food was excellent.

Very comfortable and convenient to Majestic Theater.

Ordered chips and salsa. They were out of salsa. Ordered soup instead we only like warm. Ordered “Two crab cakes “. Was informed that menu changed it was only one. Server never smiled. Drinks came late (had to ask for it). Spent $40.00+ for 2 glasses of wine, cup of like warm soup, 1 mediocre crab cake and 2 sliders which were dry. Will not be visiting again.
