Disappointing. Having grown up with the original I at the very least expected our food to be hot. Do not want to lay it all on the hands of our server as she said she “had a number of large tables” and her busser was the joy of the night. We were one of those at six. That said, I feel like she did her best but still everything came out room temperature at best. Very large menu with overwhelming options? I ordered the Birria expecting it to have simmered all day but to no avail. My partner ordered the camarones enchiladas. Again. No heat and no spice for “spicy shrimp”. Blocks away from home tempted to go back and order from the bar as a single or duo but will not make this a destination for those that want…San Antonio.
