Jims Restaurants - San Antonio

I must say this Jim's was on point! Randy gave 10 star service! Food was delicious! Hats off to the cooks!! Pancakes... Yum!!! They have definitely stepped up their game! We will most definitely come back! We left compliments with management as well!

Hey. I love this place. I love there food. And staff is friendly with me always. If ever they get my order wrong they make it right. But that really does not happean. Pretty much I get what I order and hot. Also there pricing is very reasonable. I never had a problem here. I been coming here for many years.

If you are looking for a San Antonio diner experience Jim's should be top of your list. Going back to my college days in the 80s, Jim's has been a go to stop for, especially late night fare for family and friends. Some top dishes are the fried mushrooms with gravy which are delicious, but beware the first couple of bites as they will be super hot. My personal fave is the club sandwich which I get with Texas Toast and onion rings (another great dish). You really haven't lived until you try a slice of apple pie with their cinnamon ice cream though.

We stopped at the Jim’s on O’Connor an hour ago. We had EXCELLENT service from Vivian. She assisted with what we wanted and needed. My husband only wanted certain items and she was very accommodating! Thank you for having such a wonderful server!

First thing I like to say I never give anybody five star it's very hard to get a 5 star out of me. On July 14th 2022 service was great we did not have to wait on our food it was brought out within a reasonable time. Then they had a power failure. Randy the waiter came by and said that they are only accepting cash transaction not in a rude way and all we could pay with was a credit card and they trust us to come back and pay. I really like that I really want to commend the people that worked on July 14th for their excellent service thank you very much keep up the great job. I will be be coming back again.
