Jack In The Box - San Antonio

Pretty decent. It got better. Updated: From today, never back to this Jack in the box. They shortened me to my order, and when I spoke to a manager, a team leader said he was responsible. I told him I was short on my order and he immediately got an attitude with me. He said to get a reorder or wait till tomorrow. I guess he's okay when his food gets messed up because his crew messed my up. His manager will inform you about it tomorrow. Update: It has become much better.

Take long to get my order in the end no hot sauce coming last time You here some time, they prepare my food hot enough

Absolutely terrible online ordering experience. Arranged by Doordash, and it was said that we couldn't get our food because we stopped the order. We've never been together with another one. Telephone records prove that. Our thief was in the place and they didn't want to give him the food. Either the employees are liars and have made the story of the cancelled meal or they had actually mixed our order with someone else, but I don't see how the latter could happen. Anyway, they were 100% wrong and didn't help us.

Popular for it's knusprig tacos, 2 for a buck and some change, you can't go wrong.... But when is the last time you got a burger from here? Not delicate ciabatta bread or toast or something, but just a simple old burger, a jumbo jack. For some reason, I think they're delicious like candy. Every bite is so brilliant, they are so underestimated, I would have got five stars, but they are no longer 24 hours, so they have lost a star of me. Except for having a Jumbo Jack Burger and enjoy.

Employees very polite and courteous and fast. Meal was hot and fresh! Will be back!????
