El Carbonero Pollos Asados

The chicken is always juicy, I never thought to put lime on chicken! Genius. The rice and the beans are at the top. The green Chile is always perfect to not just spicy enough.

My business partner and I went to this beautiful location at lunchtime. our server karen was amazing with everything she did. I still talk about her phenomenal customer service and the love for detail while enjoying the hot and fresh food. she is master of her craftsmanship and was pleased to meet her. it deserves a promotion and recognition of its work. will definitely come back for her and eat. the cash register was as amazing. great work and keep them the fantastic work they do.

I've been here twice. My Partner and I ate here on June 4th. I ordered delivery on June 8th. Both times the chicken has been fresh, hot and tasty. The rice and beans are delicious. I'm disappointed with the guacamole I received with my order. Half of it was pico de gallo which is okay but that's not what the menu said. It was about two tablespoons if that of guacamole for $4. First time I ordered half a chicken to be split between me and my significant other. For delivery I ordered the whole chicken. Be aware that you may get a bunch of wings and drumsticks that are mostly bone and little meat. The big pieces they included both dine in and delivery are delicious. The staff when we dined in were nice enough no complaints. I recommend this place just be aware that you might not think it's worth the money because of the small pieces with little to no meat.
