Chili's Grill - San Antonio

Update: I ordered takeout today 11/15/22. I ordered the same meal from yesterday minus the Mexican rice because I wanted to know if the mashed potatoes would be better today. Today, the mashed potatoes were absolutely perfect!11/14/22. I dined at this Chili’s for the first time on today for lunch. It was rather quiet during lunchtime. I ate Ancho Salmon with loaded mashed potatoes and Mexican rice washed down with a delicious glass of strawberry lemonade. The salmon was cooked to perfection as well as the rice but the loaded mashed potatoes was missing something. However, it was still good. My waiter was nice and professional.

Ive been going for years. The staff is attentive and very helpful. The food was fresh and we didn't wait long for the meal to be served. Over the years the price seems to be getting higher while the portions seem to be getting smaller. 4 stars only because it needs a little cleaning.

So the service was quick. The table wobbled and the kid sitting in the seat behind me kept bouncing around making my booth chair bounce. Our food was pretty good. There was a fly that stopped in to have a bit of my drink. Other than that everything was pretty good for a Friday

Since i apparently got fired without notice, this place is full of roaches, full of flies, the coworkers sneak around with the MARRIED managers, and this is what they consider clean.

I went here about a month back with one of my friends and the boy who served us was nice but the food sucked and I asked to speak to the manager and that is when it just went worse. This fat woman approached us and she says you asked for the manager, what is the problem , she made it seem like there was a problem and had an attitude. The shirt she had on was too tight to start off with and her horrid teeth made us lose our appetite. We told her the food took long to come out, along with it being cold, and that our eggrolls never came out. We were nice to her and trying to be respectful but she kept giving attitude and still asked if we wanted our appetizers, we asked for it to go and she said okay and walked away with an attitude. 20 minutes later the eggrolls were bought to us. The waiter was really nice and constantly apologized for the wait on everything and got us drinks to go, that lady was also talking to her staff very rude, and we heard heard her tell our server to hurry up and bus his tables, the place was clearly busy but she was plastered in a booth on her phone. I could hear her screaming servers to the front constantly. She was very unprofessional and rude, I believe her name was Karina, a heavy set lady with curly hair and glasses.
