Bill Miller B-q - San Antonio

I asked the cashiers their recommendation between the chopped brisket or chicken sandwich. I went with her proposal and was disappointed. The chicken was thin and did not even cover two thirds of the bungalow. If the chicken had been bigger and thicker, it would have been worth the price. I'm telling people that Bill Miller is good, but maybe he has to stop.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean in terms of it and free from obstacles. The food was dry, lukewarm and without taste. The Coleslaw tasted like the cabbage mixture was used in Balsamico vinaigrette. Rice was gritty and tasted as if it was heated again. The brisket had hardly any smoke rings that almost look like it baked or cooked pressure in liquid smoke. Deceased

I ordered one? Wrangler? Plates and the person waiting for me made it into the next larger selection. I told him I just didn't want the $7 meal the $11 meal.

Solid 4 (dine in) but with the many reviews about the bland fried chicken ?. I am looking for the best roasted chicken and bread, piece size and humidity were on... The chicken is missing spices or zing that will take you to the next bite. Coleslaw was good and service was fast and super friendly. I'm coming back!

What is this world coming to? Just paid $10 for 2 pancakes, an order of sausage and bacon. Loved Bill Millets until now. SMH.
