Auryn Thai Cuisine - San Anselmo

I had wonderful pineapple fried rice from Auryn today. The woman who took the order over the phone politely suggested modifications to my meal, which worked out perfectly for me. Their customer service gets 5/5 stars. : Unfortunately, I can't comment on the ambiance or service you receive whilst dining in since I got takeout. But I will definitely consider coming back for a sit-down meal here in the future.

Sadly, it wasn’t good. I wanted to like it, I keep trying to find a good Thai place in Marin, this is the 5th I’ve tried and didn’t like I always try twice before I decide. In SF you can’t throw a rock without hitting a great Thai place. I’ve also been to Thailand. Here the Pad Thai was sweet and over sauced. The Spicy Basil Chicken was also sweet and way way way over sauced. It is t a saucy dish. Perhaps they’ve tried to Americanize it, but definitely not authentic. Nice people though.

This is one of our go-to restaurants. Always fresh and good food. Love the pad si ew noodles, curries and my fav is the pad chaa which has young green peppercorns for a spiced kick. Service always lovely- Feels like you've been invited to a friends home.

Food was yummy we particularly liked the green curry with chicken! We dined in, and the restaurant is extremely clean. The service is excellent. We’ll be back!

The food was reasonably fresh but lacked flavor. It was overly sweet. The service was average. We dined in for dinner and the price per person ranged from $20 to $30. The food and service both received a rating of 3, while the atmosphere was rated a 5.
