Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant was quiet, super small menu and we received a call 20 minutes prior to our reservation saying they were out of the only steak option. Food was good. Nothing I would call great and service was mediocre. I was disappointed because I had wanted to eat here for awhile. Crab cake was ok, my husband and daughter really liked the shrimp. Salads were good and fresh
Some the best cooked Duck I've ever had anywhere! Mixed with truffle mashed potatoes mixed veggies was the perfect combination! Topped off with the cheese cake to make a perfect meal!
We had been told by many people that this was the best restaurant in San Angelo, so we gave it a try. Our server barely knew anything about the menu. When we asked about an appetizer, he said it was good and served with some kind of jelly?! He kept forgetting to ring in our drinks. The food was okay. One person at our table ordered the chicken and it was burnt, the seafood platter was definitely not worth the 35.00, but I will say the steak was great. The drinks were delicious as well. I think I'd go back for a few drinks but that about it.
Very good! But meat was over seasoned on all three meats the table got. Great service and drinks.
My wife and I were excited to finally eat here! We ordered the quail as an appetizer, rack of lamb, and aged sirloin. The quail was great but not $18 great. The chipotle glaze that came with the dish was amazing. I don’t regret ordering, but wouldn’t do it again. My sirloin was steak was ordered medium rare and cooked to perfection. However, it wasn’t as tender or as flavorful as the sirloin from Texas Roadhouse. My wife said her lamb was excellent, and I’ll take her word for it as lamb isn’t my thing. Overall our experience was wonderful, but for $103 it’s not one that has me running back for more immediately.
