Bidrage med feedbackMy family and I decided to try this restaurant out after a craving for Italian while in town. At first, we thought we would try Joe?s, but reviews kept mentioning poor waiter service, and inconsistent food quality. One review even mentioned to just skip itand go to Napolis! That?s what we did, and boy are we glad! The food was delicious. The garlic knots are made fresh and weresoft and warm when they brought them to the table. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and my husband the lasagna. My two boys gotspaghetti (one with meatballs, the other with meat sauce . One of my boys is a picky eater, but he devoured his meal and keptraving about how delicious it is. Unfortunately, they?re temporarily not serving pizzas. So if you have a little one who issuper picky but would be satisfied with pizza, you might want to bring something along for them. Prices were great consideringfood and the quality/portions. The lasagna was $14.99, the chicken parm $16.99, and the kids? spaghetti $7.99. Just go! Wedon?t regret it at all! :
True Italian fine dining in San Angelo. Every detail is in place with care and concern for the customer, with tables, chairs, tablecloths lined up perfectly. The restaurant was impeccably clean, with excellent Italian music one would expect from such anestablishment creating a pleasant and welcoming dining experience. The owner was present, and he greeted me personally toinquire as to my day, and to welcome us to his establishment. Service was excellent. The food was superb. I chose an excellentclam linguine whereas my partner chose an excellent beef cannelloni. Prices were very fair considering the quality, establishment and portions. San Angelo is fortunate to have such an establishment, wherein all aspects are assembled withconcern for the customer and too realize a true, fine dining experience. In the end, the highest compliment I can pay such anestablishment is to return and exchange my hard earned money for their goods and services.
After much research, I was relatively undecided about which Italian restaurant to choose in San Angelo. Eventually I chose Napoli's because it seemed to have more contemporary reviews, especially on Facebook. I could not have been happier. The winelist was not extensive, but the Chianti Gold we ordered was magnificent. The pasta was superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourconversations with the manager and our waitress. A solid choice!
Food was amazingly good. The atmosphere was so relaxing that it made the good taste even better. Service was wonderful and our waiter was always checking up on us to make sure we didn't need anything else.
Generally i like the restaurant. I've given favorable reviews and as you can see by the photos, there were times when it was really good. This last time, it was not good at all. The bread is wonderful. Staff is going downhill. My husband ordered asalad that looked like garbage... it literally looked like a plate of garbage with tons of crumbled cheese sprinkled on top tomake it look fresh. The entire plate had brown lettuce, it was not edible at all. It put a damper on the entire meal as it washis entree. Every time we go in now there is different staff. We like the owners very much but something is deeply amisshere. It's sad to say anything disparaging, mostly because you don't necessarily want to hurt anyone's feelings. It's just aheads up to the owners that the dishes are not doing well.
