Mcdonald's - San Angelo

Just went by tonight and the guy at the window was so sweet!! Thanks for making my night better!!

I like McDonald's there an American Icon for fast food but I've noticed the staff lately don't seem very happy not rude but very dismissive. maybe management should be improving the environment of the work place or wages should be raised it's hard to say I like to deal with happy people when going out to eat and the last 3 times I've experienced the same issue at 3 different locations. so something needs to be done to raise morale.

I have had my share of bad experiences here, but lately it's been awesome, the staff are awesome, great attitude, it was super busy when I went, was in and out within 10 minutes

We ordered from the electronic screen and had our food and cups brought to us at our table. The whole establishment was clean, the employees were polite and our food was delivered quickly and it was delicious. The playground area was a lot of fun for our 2 year old.

I ordered two Egg McMuffins a few days ago. I'm home and I started. I noticed that it had scrambled eggs instead of cooked hard as normal. Both. After the first bite, I knew an old friend was dead. I swear the egg was substitute, the meat was turkey or a veggie sub and the muffin was gluten-free, all textures except the cheese were wrong, wrong, wrong! The egg was granular and either the egg or the meat was slightly sweet. The muffin had the texture and lack of taste that have gluten-free breads. I tortured the two. Never again.
