Firehouse Subs Sherwood Way

I rarely give a place one star, but unfortunately this place deserves it. Bad service, bad communication, and exceedingly slow. Two sandwiches should not take over 45 minutes to make, when during the same span of time more than 30 cars go through the drive through and many online orders were picked up. People who ordered after me and ordered far more than me got their order first even though we were in the same line. “Sorry about that” was the only customer service received. Then the order was wrong. Perfect.

Love this store! The Manager and its employees. A bunch of caring individuals. Thank you! We had had a extremely horrible experience 2x that night at a Pizza Hut and at Chicken Express. And this place made up for it by listening. Wow

I frequent this place often due to its location in reference to my home. Service is always awesome and staff are always friendly! I typically always get the same items but one day I plan on experiencing the rest of the menu but The Italian is awesome!Food: 4/5
