Although there are many reviews that say that the local person was not gentle and polite, my experience was a bit different and they have really behaved well. I ate a cheese stick that is delicious and an amazing “Granizado de Café”. I do not recommend this place if you want to work with Wi-Fi while you have a good coffee as they give you only a 20-minute pass that only works in one device.

Too slow service. Good coffee.

I've asked for an Almond milk Capuchino but the coffee taste was simply horrible. Asked to make another coffee and it still tasting the same way. I believe it was due that the quality of the milk used was simply very poor.

Normally I like Juan Valdez, but I was poorly treated by employees at this location when I accidentally knocked merchandise off the shelf as I was trying to exit with my baby stroller. A glass jar broke and I was charged full price (50 000 cop) for the package. I advised employees to place fragile items in a safer place, farther away from the door and the edge but was only met by a bad attitude and back talk.
