Wonder Wok - San Andreas

Easily my favorite Chinese takeout place! Wonder Wok has been my go-to place for a quick meal for a number a years now. I'm moving out of the area and just had what will probably be my last meal here so I actually ate my meal there. I ordered one of their combo plates (fried rice, chow mien Mongolian chicken) and some egg rolls. My friend also got a combo plate which included fried chicken, sweet and sour pork fried rice. He also ordered some wor wonton soup. As usual, everything was great. This was my friends first time here and he really liked it and was surprised he had not heard of it before. This family run place is a solid place for quality great tasting food. They don't have a rotating cooking staff, so you are guaranteed to get the same quality no matter what time you go. This will be one of the many restaurants I'll be missing in the area.

My family's been coming to this place for years and we love it. The food is always hot and fresh and served with a smile. This family-run business is a gem to be savored as the food is cooked with love and you can eat in the cozy dinning area or get it to go as well. If you like fried rice, order a side quart of the pork fried rice and listen as the man fires up his Wonder Wok and begins to make the BEST fried rice I have ever had in San Jose hands down! The regular fried rice is good, but the sides of fried rice will knock your socks off. Plenty of choices from traditional to comfort...they do it all and do it well. Did I mention that they do catering as well?? If you want your next party to be a hit, give these guys and gals a call...you won't regret it. See you at the Wok!

Great tasting salt and pepper sparerib. Kung Pao chicken just as flavourfull. Chicken fried rice you can see eggs.
