Vistal - San Andreas

Drinks were good. Just a bit noisy being in the lobby.

It was an odd experience. Go to the bar to order food and they were disorganized and not particularly attentive. Food is delivered to the table but if you want a refill you go back inside to order. The menu was limited but the food was good.

Great location good drinks. Pricey and the menu indicated a happy hour that was not present when I arrived.

First impression: the staff knowledgable and friendly. Second impression: the view: "An elevated view of San Diego Bay, the USS Midway and sunsets over the Pacific lets you take in the city on your terms. ' Food: Waygu burgers! Amazing salmon. There 's something for everyone.

They had no table reserved for us. All the outside tables were full, so we left.
