Alexander's Steakhouse SF - San Andreas

We had a fantastic dinner at the restaurant. The sea bass was cooked perfectly soft and tender. Also porterhouse steak was super flavorful and juicy. They also gave us free dessert for the anniversary. Amazing service and great staffs. Will come again definitely.

Amazing food, very curated and exceptional presentation and flavor. Amazing wine and cocktail selections! Do try the wine pairings if you get the chefs tasting menu the Sommelier is very knowledgeable. Special shout out to our lovely waiter Alessandro. Even in training, he provided excellent service very proficient in his knowledge and really made our night! The manager was also very attentive and welcoming. All around a stellar experience. 10/10 will come back.

This place is definitely over rated. If you're gonna pay the price of $200/person for the chef's prefixed menu, you expect the food to be a tad more vibrant flavorful. The food could've been better, majority of the dishes lacked flavor seasoning especially the steak (I added a bunch of salt, pepper, some kind of beefy butter they served w/ bread onto mine just to get a bit of flavor) so 2 stars were taken away. The staff were very nice slighty informative about themenu.

Best date night ever!!! From our host Patrick, to the food, and ambiance. Everything was spectacular!!! I will be coming back again! We ordered the most buttery steak ever that melted in our mouths and the best ribeye ever! The quality, the flavors, the way the food was presented was exceptional. Even the mushroom and truffle mashed potatoes were on point-nothing disappointed us! Will definitely be going here again! Cheers! ????

Photos will not do justice for this place. First of all, I am bad at taking photos and secondly, I was trying to enjoy the evening so I forgot to take proper photos. For those who have seen my other reviews, I do not give five stars just because there will always be room for improvements unless I find that perfect 5 stars place amd share it with you. Alexander?s came very close. The general area is not so bad but I will probably not walk at night around unless if I needto. The restaurant is nice inside, it is certainly a business casual type place and it is not a quiet place. Not necessarily a bad thing, you can feel the energy and good vibes but if you want a quiet place this is not it. What makes Ifyou are looking for steaks that are good and cooked right, this is certainly a place you should visit! The prices are reasonable for the regular steaks and it does get pricey when you go for the Wagyu selections BUT if you have some moneyto spend or celebrating, then it is certainly worth the little splurge, because the Wagyu steak is great! Well, if you stick with the starting serving of the Wagyu steaks at 3 oz. then the price is still very reasonable. Because my wifewas hungry, we went up a few ounces so it drove the price up, but it is certainly very worth it!! At least to try once. I just ordered a prime rib amd it was also good and cooked right. I did try a slice of Wagyu and it is a differentlevel of steak! We have been to several steak houses around the Bay Area and other cities including Dallas, LA, San Diego, and Las Vegas, I will say that Alexander is at least on my top 10. Where it shines the brightest is with itsservice! The moment we sat, we were given a complimentary non-alcoholic drink for my wife and I followed by a complimentary appetizer. It actually got me a little full before our order of appetizers arrived. We ordered the pancake caviarand Wagyu tartare for appetizers, both were delicious! Followed by our steaks, which I
