HUGE SHOT OUT TO JAMES!My fiancée and I love coming to this location.Always fast and great customer service.Recently, we were handed the wrong online order. Didn’t notice till we got home. We made a complaint via Jersey mikes website. A few days later James the manager reached out personally and made it right! WOW you don’t see that kind of service nowadays. Especially at “fast food” restaurants. Most complaints go unheard. Thank you James you made us a customer for life!

Sandwich was not made correct , came in with receipt they did not want to remake sandwich only offered free chip coupon if I buy another sandwich. very rude customer service and unprofessional. I would not waste my time eating here . They do not respect the customers. Asked for corporate number the manager Derrick refused thankfully I have been able to contact them myself

Catering option that opens early?!! Yes !!! I have been doing staff luncheons for a couple years for our PTA and have had a hard time finding places that open before 11am in order to get the lunch setup for teachers and staff. Jersey Mike's went above and beyond to help us kick off this year with sooo many happy lunchgoers. Derick the manager, was very accommodating. I wanted to ensure I could Pick up early enough , and also I added in some last minute sandwiches.The hot sandwiches weren't available for the catering boxes and we went with the turkey and prov, ham and prov, veggie, italian, and clubs. There was a ton of oil provided and some people took it, but overall there was a lot leftover so there was a generous amt of that supplied. Everyone said this was better than the Jimmy Johns and no complaints. Will def do the sandwich catering option again for our Sammamish events. Parking was a little tight but it was available. Derick also helped bring the catering order to my cat which helped.

Got poisoned on Friday Jul7.Ordered mikes famous ph.Still recovering,not even talking about that i waited for my order over 30 min.

I had a great experience, the shop was full and super busy. The team worked quickly and provided a great sandwich.
