Mi Hacienda - Salyersville

Love this restaurant! Everyone is so nice and the food is wonderful!

I honestly don't know how this place is still open. I stopped in here Saturday 7/14/18, the open sign was off at 12 pm so I walked inside to see if they were open or not, they was....noone showed me to my seat the girl grabbed a few menus slung them down on a table. Side note; me both my lunch date knew what we wanted before even entering. After 10 mins salsa drinks were brought, our menus wasn't taken even tho they were at the edge of the table. Another 10-15 mins and finally someone stopped by to take our order. I ordered steak CHEESE with salad (beans, rice, sour cream) my lunch date ordered a steak quesadilla fajati with salad. After 30 mins the girl that grabbed the menus came over to check on us, still NO FOOD. Another 10 mins goes by finally someone from the kitchen brings us our food, sits it down and rushes off...doesn't bother asking if it looks right or if everything is okay....everything was NOT OKAY. There wasn't any CHEESE on my steak cheese, there wasn't any cheese sauce on my lunch dates quesadilla, the food looked disgusting dry, the rice was burnt. We didn't touch our meal, we sat another 5 mins waiting on someone to come correct it since they didn't I had work at 3 pm, I got up left, I told the girl up front my order was made wrong they have shitty service so I was leaving since I didn't have time for them to correct it. I order El azuls while heading to work actually got to eat GOOD Mexican food. All you people in salyersville saying this place is good must be high or y'all haven't tried real authentic good Mexican food. I'll never step foot in this place again, El azuls will always be my go to. Y'all need to get your heads out of your asses, learn to tend to your customers get someone in the kitchen that knows how to cook. This is the first Mexican place I've tried that I hated! This is also the first place I've been ignored not asked if my food was right. I've never walked out either until the other day. This place is a **** show.

Not only is the food DELICIOUS! I always feel very welcome! The servers and cooks do a fantastic job! If you haven't ate here, you're missing out on some awesome food and service.
