Bishops Bbq Grill - Saltillo

I have never called in an order and been on hold less than 20 minutes. On 2 separate occasions I have driven up there on hold and caught the girl not taling order but playing on her cell phone. One time the girl yelled at me when I hung up and called back and said I am the only one here to take orders and we are so busy! , my husband was in the store and had been for 10 mins and there was no one there but him and I as on hold for 45mins that time.

I never leave negative reviews for restaurants, but Bishops in Saltillo deserves it. They have some of the rudest staff I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with constantly sighing and huffing, rolling their eyes, getting an attitude for no reason (I'm a kind person and am always polite when I go out to eat). My order is usually wrong. On two separate occasions I've been put on hold and then hung up on after several minutes. I wish Saltillo had more options because I wouldn't eat here ever again if it did.

Ordered take out of bbq pork and pulled chicken, baked beans and slaw. Ready in fifteen. Everything was knockout excellent.

I eat here all the time staff is nice and always has a smile. Food is done fast but not too fast that its questionable on freshness great place to stop for lunch or have a family dinner
