Subway - Salt Lake City

They didn't listen to our order so ended up charging us wrong and they don't follow what's on the menu, if it says it comes with a type of cheese then why ask me what cheese and every thing else. When you say the name of the sandwich your pretty much picking just the meat.

I did online pu and it was not only ready at the time they gave, but they did an excellent job making sure to add everyone (and the amount) I requested. Super friendly staff too when I walked in for the handoff. Thank you guys!

Horrible customer service. She acted like the customers were the issue. Complete failure as a company. Subway needs to reevaluate all employees.

However, it's worth noting that restroom access is based on a purchase; you'll need to buy something to use the restroom, which might be a consideration for some customers. Overall, it was a typical Subway experience with no major complaints.
