Marcio (hopefully I spelt his name correctly) was an absolute phenomenal server. A wonderful experience I had today, I treated myself out to a dinner and had the marrow tartar (Devine) and had the lamb and it was so good! I shouldn’t of had dessert but I could resist. The chocolate cake was so decadent!!! . My server was So kind to let me know that two of my 100$ bills were stuck together when I went to pay the bill. Ok, so I think I found my new favorite dining experience in SLC. I had the Halibut, which was cooked to perfection and the service was incredible!

The Arancini was the highlight of my meal, it was full of flavor and great tasting. The Halibut wasn't as good as I expected, very salty, not much flavor. For desert I had the 3 cakes and it was wonderful. Service was exceptional, atmosphere was great.

We sat at the bar. Interaction with bartender and other staff was very enjoyable
