Ruby River Steakhouse Salt Lake City

My porterhouse was good and boiled as I asked, but a friend ny strip dressed with gorgonzola was over boiled. they must have tried to melt the cheese too late and over the steak. the sheathed sweet potato was a nice note. it was baked and flashed fried to crack the skin. the room was a bit loud, but that happens with wooden floors and high ceilings. I'd go back if I'm in the opposite.

The garlauchsirloin steak was the best I ever had. the waiter was fantastic.

Ruby river was recommended to me by my parents who usually take part in special occasions and dinners. the eating tasted amazing, and our waiter, mitch, has an excellent task to take care of our party.

Fantastic service Sarah was great. Food was overly seasoned and a bit disappointing. I had the surf and turf, and I couldn't tell you what the steak itself tasted like it was so salty. Broiled shrimp were a little better but they were over cooked. The roasted tomato sides were good. Cookie dessert was undercooked and far too large a portion.

It wasn't busy at all. Service felt rushed like he had multiple tables and he had two. Didn't get the sense our server cared. Cold fries, super salty mushrooms, sirloin medium rare was medium at best and no apology. All the steaks and fish were dry and over cooked. Nothing tasted fresh. The meat was not good quality either. I opted here rather than Texas Roadhouse which I despise. I would rather go to Texas Roadhouse then this place. Horrible overall experience. Will never return.
