Bidrage med feedbackThat is the real deal! if they want authentic Taiwanese/Chinese food, then this is the place for those of them who are familiar with taiwan cuisine, they will love this place. they even have hits on the menu! a trace for me that this place is the actual thing, there are always many Taiwanese moats eating here. if they are looking for creepy americanized panda Express style, then this is not the place for them.
What a ripoff! the midday is ridiculously small! I ordered the bark and rice, the only 3 small pieces bark and a small thin layer rice for about $9(! the bark is even lukewarm. I'll never be back! fortunately there are other authentic Asian cuisine in the valley.
There are some serious cook in mom’s kitchen; homemade, high quality Taiwanese noodles and noodles some of the noodle dishes use homemade noodles. the cold noodles with peanut sesame sauce (liangmian) and carrot and gurkenschreden were great, even if they were eaten after an hour drive. the chile paste on the side really added a sparkling in the plate. very tender and refreshing. the brown sauce(noodles (jiajiangmian) were similar, with fresh hot noodles, carrots and gurkenschreden, bean sprouts and a sharp meat sauce. also very good, although a few drops chile oil really works the skillfully cooked...read more
Promising Taiwanese menu. we had: green plank pancakes (not exactly what I remembered from taiwan, but that was twenty years ago,) huge bowl of pork and sour herb soup, and noodle with ground pork. flavors subtle, but promising and will come back to investigate further. probably the serious server should have asked for suggestions, later she said that are special good, but they did not routinely translate them. this is not a place for those who expect fried egg rolls and general tso’s huh on a Chinese menu. see menu button above for my snapshot of the Takeout menu. this building seems to have no sign. it looks like a former fast food place and is on the east side of the staates, the first...more
The best Chinese food in the valley, without doubt. I say before I make it clear that it is actually Taiwanese in the hope to eat more people here. Mom’s offers a great selection of authentic Taiwanese oriented. they make it very easy to order the takeover. eating is pretty fast done. Unfortunately, prices have risen somewhat due to increasing food costs. I never ate, but the dining room looks good. the service is pretty good. the noodles and noodles seem to be their specificities. at my last visit I tried the meat roll and the Taiwanese noodles with pork. I never had a bark roll, but it tasted like a runway that were excellent. it was enough to eat for two portions.
