Hsl - Salt Lake City

Love it. I would highly recommend just ordering a few of the appetizers and sharing with friends. We started with the buttermilk biscuit, cauliflower, and then a HSL burger and raditori for the main course. It was all amazing but the appetizers were ultra amazing! We will be back again!

The brussel sprouts were ok. They were a little under cooked. The Chilean salmon had a thick scaley skin and fatty layer. Finally, the “Gin” and “Vodka” cocktails were watered down compared to what you'd get at a typical bar. The worst part of our night was our server, Bunny. She was brief with us and pushy. I love the feel of this place and the staff were very nice! The whiskey caramel pudding is a must try! It was gone before I could snag a picture. The I like that the menu is small but diverse and everything is a great choice! The waiters explained everything about the meat and cheese board, and made sure to ask about allergies. I would come here again for a splurge night out!

First time here and I will come back. Service was great. Food was delicious. Wine list by the glass I appreciated.
