Club 114 - Salt Lake City

This was definitely one of the better double trees I've stayed at. Staff was really the winner here! Naki, Issac and Jesse were very welcoming and friendly. And surprisingly the hotel restaurant was good! Shout out to the chef for the clam chowder soup!! That tasted homemade. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a night for business. Everything was so seamless and everyone was so nice. Shuttle driver, front desk and lady at the restaurant are all so nice! Got a dinner to take to my room from the Lakeview restaurant and while waiting she offered me a soda beverage. Building is old but the hotel is well kept and clean. I love DoubleTree hotels bedding are comfortable! But the people at this location makes it a great experience! Thank you!

Hands down one of the nicer double trees that I have stayed in. The room was very clean. Room service was easy, fast, and delicious! We tried out the bar down stairs for dinner and the food was fantastic. The staff was all very kind. The cookies were yummy! Beds were comfortable. They even checked in with me daily to make sure all was well. Definitely will return to this location in the future.

I am here often for work and I wanted to give a shoutout to the whole staff and especially the bartender, Crystal. She consistently makes my trip better, and makes me feel like I've got a friend away from home. She also makes some killer grapefruit drinks that my boyfriend loved! Keep up the wonderful work you all!

Stay here and Marriott will love it. Because after dealing with the unhelpful staff at the front desk at check in and then spending over 30 min on the phone with their honors customer service before giving up (when they say let me check and you are on hold 15 min they assume you will give up and I did. after this experience I will always choose Marriott properties first from now on.
