Bidrage med feedbackI loved coming here until this past Friday, 03/15. I had a waitress named “Alisha” that was so, so rude and I still don’t even think she understands why she messed up. Me and my husband came there and ordered the 3 sushi roll deal for 17.95. When we got the bill, we saw that our 3 roll deal was coming up 20.95 on our receipt. I decided to bring this up since both me and my husband got this, this is a 6 difference that wasn’t expected. Alisha did not like the fact that I brought this up from the get go. I don’t know what else I was supposed to do in her eyes, but this was the start of her just absolutely despising me. She came back, explained that the manager would not take off the charges since I wanted the spicy mayo and eel sauce on top of my sushi and not on the side, it would be a .50 charge per roll. I let her know that I would’ve appreciated her telling me that before I got my receipt, as I just ordered it as so “could I please have the ocean city roll, the New York roll, and the Philly roll with spicy mayo and eel sauce on top” (like I always do here). When she took my order, she didn’t warn me of the 6 more that would be added on. She just carried on as if everything was still going to be 17.95. After this little exchange, she just looked at me and walked away. I was so confused and very uncomfortable. 5 10 mins later she comes back laughing and shaking her head, but of course stops as soon as she sees me. The nice manager came over and explained everything to me. I told him that this all fine and not a big deal at all, really. I’m just asking. Of course, she barely will make eye contact with me, even when I’m talking directly at her. I was literally about to cry because I felt as though I am not in the wrong here, people were all looking at me, and all I wanted to do was leave. She came back with fake, passive aggressive happiness and “empathized” with me by saying things like “I hate when the manager comes over and makes me look bad”, “I still don’t know how I’m supposed to know this but I guess it’s a hefty amount.” When we had our little back and forth, she commented “okay, how was I supposed to know that the sauce had an added price?”. Girl, if YOU don’t know the price, why can I not question this price difference I see? She took this situation very personal for unknown reasons. I was being as pleasant and kind on her as I could, as I was simply just asking a question. I left a small tip and wrote “don’t take everything so personal and fix your attitude, not everything is about you.” As we left, she just about followed us out the door and yelled “thank you ma’am for the lovely message!” In a sarcastic tone. I told her that I loved her, because it’s obvious that’s what she lacks in life. I sincerely hope that doing that made her feel better, seems that she could use a win in life.I will not be back. I can’t believe the manager lets their servers do this. I was never expecting any backlash. She could’ve just said “oh wow, I didn’t know there was a charge for sauce on top. I’m sorry! Let me check on that for you.” And even if the manager couldn’t make it work, that is so much better than being super passive aggressive and blatantly rude to me. I hope managers see this and work with you to get better, as it’s their fault you’re under trained. This was my lunch spot with my best friend. I’ve had great memories here but like I said, I will not be back. The food was amazing, by the way. Amazing sushi.

The rolls and sashimi always tastes fresh and their Chinese dishes are great too!
Delicious and authentic food options, kind service, and not too busy. Very reasonable pricing as well. Parking: Plenty of parking outside. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level. Would be easy to navigate.
