Cucinotta Rita - Salina Isola

Mixed raw appetizer put and, despite the amount spent, no bitter offered!

Great food, wonderful view and friendly staff, not to miss

2 stars for the location and the service. You won't get any authentic food there, feels like a place where you fall in because of the location, nothing more.

On our last September night on Salina, we went to Cucinotta. Although we didn't have reservations, we were seated at a nice table at the front of the restaurant's lovely terrace overlooking the water. What had I not had on this trip? On this night I selected the spaghetti alle vongola, with tender sweet clams and tomatoes, which I never use when I make the dish at home. I did, however, like the addition of the tomatoes. Add the amiable service to the view and the good food, Cucinotta is a good choice.

Excellent pasta and pizza on a lovely and scenic terrasse. The owners family is very nice and tries to fulfill all your wishes. Simple but awesome Italian food. Absolutely a recommendation.
