Spicey Bites - Salford

Ordered at 5.29pm was given a 1 hour delivery time. Rang up after it had been 70minutes since first ordering to be told it was leaving the shop in 2-3 minutes. I rang back at 7pm (now 30 minutes late) to be told again that it would be leaving shortly. Finally arrived at 7.20pm. 50 minutes late and tasteless food. Pizzas had very Little toppings on. Very disappointed as ordered from there a few times and it's always been good. Won't be ordering again.

I ordered pizza for my family from a different restaurant since our usual place was unavailable. Unfortunately, the pizza was very unpleasant - it was soggy, with an excessive amount of bland cheese and very few toppings. I've had tastier pizza from the supermarket.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time. I am a big fan of curry and have tried many different kinds from various places. Spicy Bites is hands down the best. Their curries are authentic and delicious. While I personally don't order pizzas or kebabs, my family loves getting them from here. The food is always hot and well-presented. Well done, Spicy Bites!

Avoid ordering from this restaurant. We received the wrong curry sauce and a completely raw and inedible spicy chicken wing. When we contacted the takeaway for a refund, they were unapologetic and unhelpful. We had to throw away all the food and now have to wait up to 72 hours to discuss a refund with customer service.

Twice now order was wrong, no help to put it right by rude man on the phone. Wrong meal was cremated. So wrong order, burned and bad customer service. Second chance for them, but never again.
