Buono Panini Bistro - Salem

Buono Panini is AMAZING. You have fresh, delicious food. We order food from there 3-4x a week and it is consistently great. For anyone who is hesitant to taste the food, as the transfer of property- don't worry, the new owner Tara has changed the menu and the ingredients and it has made a world of a difference. It is very friendly and you can notice that they are constantly monitoring the operation and talking to customers and asking how the customer service food has been during your visit. My husband and I went there when the previous owner Buono Panini ran and it was not very good at all, but now that Tara owns the restaurant, the quality has gone from 25% to 100%. Great food cheap! Great job Buono!

We always enjoy our meals time spent in Buono Panini Bistro. The owner and the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. The cook is creative and the meals are beautiful and delicious. We usually couple the meal with a large wine from their wine list and an appetizer or caesar salad. If you're still hungry? Try a delicious dessert!

My second time eating here and I live their paninis. Clean. Nice decor. I haven't overcrowded both times. Very cheap. The food came fast. The waitress was polite, but did not give the vibe she actually wanted. That was the only downfall, and since it wasn't rude or what I didn't think it was right to take off a star.

This place did not look like much from outside, but inside was comfortable, clean and quiet. Our waitress Lexie was attentive, friendly and real. And our food was good: fresh fruit salad and bread; all had a good taste and Turkey Tuscano (I think it was called) Panini and the soup of the day, a Cajun chicken soup, were phenomenal.

Was in Salem for the day and wanted to eat. We passed this place and then googled it, had good reviews. It was one of, if not the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. My entire family all got different paninis, and they were ALL amazing. I got the roast beef something with carmalized onion, cheddar, horseradish mayo, and tomato. It was truly phenomenal. Flavors everywhere. You should go here, it is really worth it. Fairly priced for the quality of food. I do wish the side was maybe fries, as I feel they could make a slamming batch of FF. Go here. You will like it.
