Also, not sure when they stomped but the neck beard felon behind the register that just “loved” his job informed me that they no longer offer a Military/First Responders discount. I thought the whole point of this place was that they offered a discount for those of us that have served this country one way or another, maybe im wrong; But, I will no longer be coming to this location. The Keagy location has better customer service and larger subs.
The sub was not as good as one's I had before. The staff were not really friendly. Detected a big attitude with one guy. I felt like I was bothering him rather than being treated as a customer. Atmosphere was the same. All the staff didnt want to be bothered with customers.
Poor business conduct. Understaffed and no communication. Update: The owner called me and assured me that he was going to talk with his workers. He was very apologetic.
Went to grab a couple subs and the young employee at the register couldn’t keep his hands off of his hair and face and never washed his hands but proceeded to put gloves on. While I appreciate the gloves there is still a cross contamination concern. And to top that off another employee comes in from smoking a cigarette and didn’t wash his hands either and proceeded to put on gloves also. Unfortunately they were making my subs which didn’t make me feel very good. I did speak to the manager and he did ask the employees to wash their hands. I don’t enjoy leaving a bad review, but this is a health concern. Please do better!
Went in today at 11am, I was the ONLY customer. I placed my order and it took 15 minutes to get my sandwich. Staff not friendly and didn’t seem to appreciate or value their customers.
