Ordered chicken nuggets and onion rings. Chicken nuggets were cold and tough. The onion rings were super salty. Not impressed at all. Won’t be going back to the Salem, UT one ever again

Typically I have a good experience with Burger King, not this time. the manager was aggressive and didn't accept promotional items on the burger king application and made a point of being rude when I asked for clarification. Not really big about saying negative things but seems like management needs to calm down and relax, maybe reevaluate how to be understanding with customers. I wonder if this person is acting this way to me. What is this person saying to their employees. ‍
