Better Than Mama's - Salem

I've been looking at this place for a long time, and I just came in. I'm so angry at me because I don't get in earlier. I have her club sandwich with Focaccia bread and roasted chicken for extra protein. It was very good. The chicken was warm and had a great taste and the sandwich was light and hearty. I came back the next day. The restaurant is clean and quiet. The service is excellent and I had a great experience.

Probably inflation and businesses are trying to keep up and stay open, they redesigned for a bit and came back with a new menu, interior, and such, still some classics, but portion size somewhat less with elevated prices. In the face of the fights the restaurants had... While many menu items have changed, there are still some from the front and they are just as good. Sad, I like the old menu and the specializations more and will miss it... Another excellent place for a delicious meal...

At first this place was hard to find. I asked a coffee spot next door how to find it as there are no signs outside and it is located in a common/stread mall area. I have her most popular sandwich clubhouse and her totchos. The totchos were sub par, I didn't eat them fresh, so I can't say if they were crispy at some point, but tasteful they were fine - nothing special. My problem was the sandwich. This sandwich was essentially tomatoes and Avacado. The bacon was so thin that you could literally not taste it and if there was something else on this sandwich, it was not existent. This sandwich was also literally so small, I usually share my meals with my husband, but it was not a full meal, especially for the price. The saving grace was the bread, it was fantastic. I would honestly buy the bread to go home and make a sandwich myself. Also the girl who answered the phone to take my order and the behind the desk seemed very upset and didn't want to be there, she might have a bad day or something. When all this is said that I don't return, I'm not sure how this place has so good reviews to be honest.

I order online and get it on their website about square. It is fast and easy to use. Super clean food place. Was happy to see that they force the masking mandate in the whole pandemic. You have monthly specialties and delicious food. I loved the cale green goddess Salat and so hope they bring him back! Please! The thick curls are so good with engraving. Yummy soups, mushroom bride was my favorite and delicious burgers! Big diving sauce/spreads esp the balsamic caramelized onion and the breakie burrito is defo my go to, if I don't know what to order. Not only the food fr sh, tasty and good the staff are just excellent. Always great with a smile and a friendly word. Go to the team! So glad I found this place! Definitely better than Mamas!

This place is awesome. Went there for lunch, had the October special of chicken noodle soup and mini single size pumpkin pie. Along with side of herb chips and dipping sauce. Omgosh sooo good and had leftovers. Affordable and super friendly staff. Will be going again. Oh and used a coupon they sent me via email. Bonus.
