KFC - Sale

We visited KFC and had a pleasant experience. The young lady who took our order was very polite and friendly, as was the other girl who handed us our meals. Both of them provided great customer service and seemed enthusiastic and attentive.

Despite my wife's disapproval, I am a fan of Colonel Sanders and dine at KFC frequently. This particular KFC location was one of the best I have visited in a while. The service was quick with our group of 6, and the food was delicious.

The food at this KFC is awful - it's cold, soggy, and lacking any crispiness. On top of that, we found a hair in our meal. The staff was also incredibly rude. This location should definitely be shut down.

It was the WORST experience at all! Eating was soggy eating was cold eating was terrible personal was not helpful staff knew not the menu has someone say kfc? I hope not! rubbish!!!

My chips were cold and undercooked. There was a man in sports attire that was extremely rude to not only workers but to customers. When I asked to speak to a manager they rolled their eyes at me. It was not good customer service. The...manager who spoke to my wife and was not willing to fix the issue that they made. I also witnessed a manger treating a worker horribly talking to them as if they where dog poo on the bottom of there shoe. I will not be returning to kfc sale as I had the most awful service I have ever experienced the food was awful and I think they should knock the kfc down and build a hungry jacks.
