Subway - SALAMANDER BAY

Right amount of ingredients, all fresh and evenly put on , not like all the other subways that stitch you up with the amount of ingredients! And the staff where training and it was still a pleasure , will defo be going back to this subway over any other subway

Order came to $12.50, paid with a $50 note, girl at counter was talking to me about mixing lift and sprite, gave me a note and some change. Has to pyt it in my purse to pick up the 3 items I ordered. Walked away, ate lunch with my partner, 15 minutes later I went to Woolworths, opened my purse and realised I'd been given a $5 note and some change, so she's given me change for $20. Went back, was told they'd Call that night when they counted the tills. Didn't get a call. Contacted subway on Facebook, got a call from the store owner the next day who told me the till wasn't over so she couldn't give me my money. I asked if she could check the CCTV to see the money being exchanged, was told CCTV doesnt actually see the tills or front counter. Pretty sure the girl who served me has pocketed the money, and they don't care whatsoever. Cheers subway, last time I ever go there and I'll be sure to pass my experience along to my friend's and family in the area.

This Subway restaurant is pretty much what you'd expect. During school hours, it's primarily run by high school students.

The staff seem unwilling to replenish items and often serve leftovers instead. The quality of the food is good, but the service is lacking. If the staff are not fully committed, it's best to avoid dining here.
