Mcdonald's Drive Thru - Salalah

Tastes good. Couple of Staff are not good, they won’t give proper respect to the customer, rude behaviour by couple of staff at Al Wadi location McD (Next to Oman Oil gas station).

Was ok But i think it is better to order in one window and the pay and take the order at the next … no need for three stops

Very very poor customer service. Me and my family visited this place and ordered 3 chicken wraps with french fries and 3 cups of capaccino. The order was through an automatic machine, While ordering I selected serve to the table option and I paid the bill. I told them that we will wait in the family area (That is in 1st floor). The main phileppino guy told me that there is no servant available so I have to get it from the counter. I waited at the counter with my family. While we were waiting, I saw the man himself was serving the food in different tables were some girls sitting. Finally we got our order and we sat in the ground floor itself. We were having the food and there was no sugar in the capaccino, so I went to the counter and asked him the sugar packets. He was ignorant to me and was talking to one of the staff. Then I asked another person and he told 'he has some work, he will bring it to the table '. We waited there for a while and no one came. My uncle went to the counter and they gave him 6 packets of sugar (not enough for the 3 large cups of capaccino), they didn 't gave him any stick or spoon to stir the coffee. We again had to ask the spoon and guess what we waited there around 10 minutes to get those spoons. I didn 't expect this from McDonald 's , a company famous for it 's customer service. And I don 't think I will ever visit this place again. Consider this as an awakening call and improve your customer service.

Regret to see this when we visited Salalah store last month. Cleanliness and guest care also to be improved.
