Marketplace Cafe - Salado

This is a sweet little café in one of the boutiques in downtown Salado. It's right on Main Street, so it's a perfect place to stop when you go. It also works if you want to call in advance and pick up an order. They have sweet and hearty crepes as well as coffee, smoothies and small desserts, all reasonable prices. If you feel adventurous, you should take a look at your drink of the month and you will be treated to a unique drink that you will not find anywhere else. When I left, I tried the prickly pear lemonade and I wasn't disappointed. If you are ever in the area, bring some friends and make some time for this place. But get there early before they're sold out!

My daughter and I enjoyed a curious George Crepe (Nutella and Banana) and a Machiatto and a Lavender Chai latte. Everything tasted amazing... and then there is shopping later!

Went for Brunch today and tried some of their new Crepe flavors! Crepes in order from left to right: Spinach Crêpe Lorraine, CBP (our All-Time Favorite), and Strawberry Cheesecake Crêpe. They were super delicious and fresh! We also have our usual drinks: Vanilla Sweet Cream cold Brew, sweet ice tea, and strawberry Banana smoothie. Would highly recommend stopping for a cup of coffee, a sweet or hearty crepe, or even a cup of ice cream. The staff is always so friendly and their flavors and quality are consistently top notch. Very recommended!

Large small but very large branch, a very nice selection of households, portable items and more. If you enjoy shopping the small businesses you need to put them on your list. Even a small café, but we had just eaten so we didn't get there.

Wonderful service and good coffee! Definitely go get a coffee
