Cathy's Boardwalk Cafe - Salado

Pleasant little cafe in Salado, we waited a few minutes before we were provided menus, but we had our choice of breakfast or lunch. Food was decent, biscuit was fluffy. I had eggs with red potatoes, onions, peppers and sausage.

Love the Ragin' Cajun chicken sandwich! I went here years ago and I remember how good that one was. ? Staff are very nice too.

Found this place by accident when I took a side by accident. Wife and tried the blackened tilapia and grilled turkey and cheese sandwich. Both were very good and the waitress was very friendly. Definitely will go again when passing through Salado.

Food was delicious home cooking! Chicken fried chicken was amazing as was the cream gravy.Great service and we were served by the owner!
