Found the dairy S♪ thanks to tripAdivisor we bought excellent cheeses and mozzarella, carefully packaged and protected for transport by a courteous and efficient collaborator of this dairy:
The Sant'Antonio dairy, born in 1985, aims at the absolute quality of its products preserving the processing techniques handed down for three generations. It produces different types of cheese, fresh and not, beginning with the traditional fior di latte, caciocavallo, fior di ricotta, and buffalo mozzarella. I recommend to anyone who is passing on the state that enters Sala Consilina coming from Salerno to stop in this dairy and I assure you that it will not remain disappointed.
