How are there no reviews for this GEM?! Best restraint I've ever eaten at, HANDS DOWN. Service is IMPECCABLE. Every single person makes you feel like they are there for YOU personally. Wine selection was one of the most extensive I've ever seen. The owner his wife look forward to explaining the menu to you, and getting your feedback-they are incredibly pleasant warm! Try the foi gras sampler, 5 different ways... Amazing!!! Everything, every sauce, garnish, even the smallest trace of anything on your plate was an exciting, refreshing explosion of flavor. Wish I could be there right now!!!

Superb, beautiful place! Location is sort of odd, in a run down area... The inside looks like the dining room on the Titanic-everything white, with beautiful ceramics/China/silver. The ocean view is simply amazing here, you can't get any closer to the water unless you were in it. Caviar is the best in St.Martin. Wine selection is good, too.. I appreciate how the French serve Pinot Noir cold, however not a everyone does. Great place! Super romantic.
